I have created several willow sculptural pieces, from life sized wolves, to trees, to a sunburst for a cathedral structure and flower panels to go with a fencing project.  On a commission basis i would be delighted to talk with you about any specific woven willow sculptural project you may have in mind.
Due to the high level of time, skill and energy involved in such projects, as far as Courses go, ionly offer a 2 or 3 day time slot for people who would like to create something beautiful and unique for themselves.  These time slots are tailored to suit your specific requirements and/or group.
